Born in Tampa, FL, she was the daughter of Alicia Belmontes and Arturo Melgoza.
She is survived by her parents; children, Ayden and Joseph Gutierrez; siblings, Arturo Melgoza, Melissa Melgoza, Daisy Salmeron; maternal grandparents, Esperanza and Rojelio Belmontes; Paternal grandparents, Ramona Montejano, Arturo Melgoza.
Jessica was a member of St Clement Catholic Church and loved her children dearly.
The family will receive friends from 6-8pm, Monday, October 9, 2017 at Haught Funeral Home, 708 W Dr MLK Jr Blvd, Plant City and a Funeral Mass will be at 11am, Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at St Clement Catholic Church, 1104 N Alexander St, Plant City. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
