Billie Larea Howard, 86 of Dover passed away September 4, 2017 at her home.

Born in Bayard, WVa, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Bernice Gibbs Kitzmiller. She was the wife of the late Charles Howard for 34 years.

Also preceding her in death are siblings, Paul Kitzmiller, Carol Paugh, Ruth Walking.

Survivors include son, Steven (Jennifer) Howard; siblings, Ray (Cookie) Kitzmiller, Joan (Ron) Fazio; grandchildren, Miles and Mackenzie Howard.

Billie was a member of First Baptist church of Dover for 50 years. She loved yard work, bird watching, cooking and caring for strays.

Funeral service will be at 11am, Saturday, September 16, 2017, Haught Funeral Home, 708 W Dr MLK Jr Blvd, Plant City, with visitation being from 6-8pm, Friday, September 15, 2017 at the funeral home. Her final interment will be in Dover Church Cemetery.
