Throughout his life, Wayne was a passionate softball player, a pastime that he pursued with vigor and joy. He was a revered member of the Senior Softball Hall of Fame, a testament to his skill, dedication, and sportsmanship on the field. Wayne's involvement with softball extended beyond just playing the game; he was very active in multiple Softball Associations, contributing his time and expertise to foster the sport's growth and camaraderie among players of all ages.
