Stacy was born in Chicopee, MA on September 29,1945, and was raised in Springfield,MA. She was one of five children. Stacy attended Classical High School before beginning her cooking career at a young age. She lived in Florida for over twenty years. She was a passionate chef who always cooked with love. She loved books, going to the beach, long walks and her grandchildren. She was very caring and would do anything for anybody. She would give the shirt off her back to anyone that needed it even when she may have not been in the position to do it. Stacy always wanted to surround herself with true genuine friends because that's what she was to others. As a mother, she did everything she could to make sure that her boys were taken care of. She was always fun to be around and always went out of her way to make sure we built fun memories together. As a mother in law she was one of a kind. She was the most respectful, loving and understanding mother in law and always supportive. When around her grandkids Stacy turned into a kid herself and made sure they always laughed and had a blast when spending time together. She was a genuine loving and caring soul and will forever be missed.
