Shirley Cecelia Hurlbert

Shirley Cecelia Hurlbert, 73, passed away on July 21, 2023.
Born in Plant City, Florida, she was the daughter of the late James and Mary Olson Branch.
Shirley is survived by her beloved husband; Frank Hurlbert; children, Trent (Cynthia) Hurlbert, Renee (Jim) Carter, Clarice (Mark) Woods, Suzann (Kevin) Allums, Mamie (Jake Colbert) Moody; siblings, Mary Louise Cravey, Charlotte Walls, Jeanette Branch, David Branch and Donna Will; eleven grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren.

The family has asked that if desired donations may be made to LifePath Hospice, 12470 Telecom Pkwy, Tampa 33637.

Friends and family will be received Tuesday, July 25, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM with rosary starting at 7:30 PM at Haught Funeral Home, 708 W. Dr. MLK Jr. Blvd Plant City, FL 33563.

A Mass will be at 10am, Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at St. Clement Catholic Church, 1104 North Alexander Street, Plant City

She was sweet 16 when we wed, and mature beyond her years. Her devotion was faith, love and family, husband and five children. After much suffering the lord called her home to where there is no more pain. We love you mom and miss you dearly.
