Shirley Alberta Bechore, a beacon of love and generosity, passed away peacefully on June 16, 2024, at the age of 77 in Lakeland, Florida. Born on July 18, 1946, in Saginaw, Michigan, Shirley's life was a testament to her selfless nature and her unwavering dedication to her family, her faith, and her community.

Shirley was the beloved wife of the late Harold Roger Bechore, with whom she shared a life full of joy and companionship. Together, they built a family that became the center of Shirley's world. She was a devoted mother to her sons, John Paul Hartner, Daniel Ray Hartner, and Rodney (Andrea) Bechore. Shirley's love knew no bounds, and she embraced her role as a grandmother to Adelynn Bechore, Sarah Maloy, Anthony Maloy, Kayla Hartner, and Cody Hartner, all of whom she cherished deeply.

Her siblings, Roy Reif, Ruth Russette, Betty Kischnick, and Donna (Richard) Hathaway, will remember Shirley as a sister who always extended her warmth and care to everyone around her. Shirley's spirit of loving-kindness extended far beyond her immediate family, touching the lives of all who knew her.

Shirley's life was characterized by her unwavering faith and her active involvement in her church community. As a dedicated member of Bethany Baptist Church, she found joy in staying busy with church activities, where she was a source of strength and encouragement to many. Her passion for cooking was not only a hobby but also a means through which she expressed her love and generosity, often preparing meals for others and caring for more than just herself.

Those who had the privilege of knowing Shirley will remember her as the epitome of a loving, generous, and selfless individual. Her actions were always guided by kindness and the desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others. Shirley's legacy is one of compassion and service, and it will undoubtedly continue to inspire those who were touched by her grace.

As we bid farewell to Shirley Alberta Bechore, we celebrate a life beautifully lived and a heart that gave so freely. Her memory will be cherished and kept alive in the stories shared by her family and the countless lives she impacted with her gentle spirit and benevolent heart.

Shirley's journey on this earth may have come to an end, but the love she shared and the lessons she taught us about caring for one another will endure forever. Her presence will be deeply missed, but the memories of her selflessness and devotion will remain a comforting presence to all who had the honor of being part of her life.

We take solace in knowing that Shirley's spirit will continue to watch over us, guiding us with the same love and kindness that she embodied every day of her life. As we reflect on the time we were blessed to spend with Shirley, let us honor her by extending the same compassion and generosity to others that she so effortlessly displayed.

In keeping with Shirley's enduring faith and the hope of reunion, we look forward to the day when we will see her once again, in a place where love never ends and joy knows no bounds. Until then, we hold her close in our hearts, grateful for the legacy of love she leaves behind.
