Scott Rowell Obituary

Scott E. Rowell, who was born on August 3, 1975, in Plant City, Florida, passed away on April 7, 2026, in the same beloved community he called home throughout his life. He was a loving and kind man whose gentle spirit touched the lives of many, and he will be remembered with deep affection by all who knew him.

Scott lived his life with sincerity, warmth, and a quiet devotion to the people and places that mattered most to him. He was a familiar and trusted face in Plant City, where he worked as a Sales Associate with Publix on Thonotosassa Road. Through his work, he served customers with patience, courtesy, and a genuine willingness to help. His presence brought comfort and familiarity to those who saw him each day, and he took pride in being part of a team that served his community.

Beyond his work, Scott was a faithful member of The East Thonotosassa Baptist Church. His connection to his church family reflected the importance of faith and fellowship in his life. He valued the friendships and support found within his church community, and he appreciated the encouragement and belonging that came from being part of it. His life was strengthened by those relationships, and he in turn offered kindness and steadiness to others.

Scott was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Julie Watts Rowell Sr., whose memory remained an important part of his life. He is survived by his siblings, Chris Rowell; Amanda Rowell White and her husband, Shayne White; and Tiffany Rowell and her husband, Joe. The bond he shared with his family was meaningful, and his loved ones will carry forward the memories of his caring nature, his humor, and the many moments that made him special to them.

Those who knew Scott will remember that he found joy in simple pleasures and personal interests that brought him happiness over the years. He loved video games, WWE wrestling, and coin collecting. These interests reflected his personality and the ways he enjoyed spending his time. Whether he was engaged in a favorite game, following the excitement of wrestling, or adding to his coin collection, he found comfort and enjoyment in the things he loved. These hobbies were part of the life he built and the memories he created for himself and those around him.

Scott will be remembered as a man who was loving and kind in all that he did. He had a way of making others feel seen and appreciated, and his quiet compassion left a lasting impression. His life was marked not by grandeur, but by the steady goodness of a heart that cared deeply for others. He carried himself with humility and grace, and those qualities will remain in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him.

His passing leaves a deep void in the lives of his family, friends, coworkers, and church family. Yet even in sorrow, there is comfort in remembering the many ways he shared his life with others. The kindness he offered, the relationships he built, and the love he gave will continue to live on in the memories of those who cherished him. His legacy is one of warmth, faith, and enduring affection.

Scott E. Rowell's life was a blessing to those around him, and his memory will be treasured always. Though he is no longer present in body, the love he gave and the goodness he showed will remain as a lasting tribute to the person he was.
