Santiago Delgado-Manzanares, a loving, friendly and selfless man, passed away peacefully on October 4, 2023, in Plant City, FL. Born on July 25, 1945, in Mexico, Santiago's life was an embodiment of hard work and dedication. He made a living as a forklift driver, demonstrating a tireless work ethic that was mirrored in his commitment to his family. He was a beloved husband to Amparo Delgado, and a cherished father to Jose (Penny) Delgado, Omar (Christina) Delgado, Norma (Hector) Castillo, Enedelia, Santiago Delgado Jr (Jessica), and Hector Delgado, his grandchildren; Omar Jr., Andrew, Alex, Matthew, Hector Jr., Julia, Silvya, Madalyn, and his great grandchildren;Ricky Jr.-Jocelyn, Neveah Luz and Ricky III. Known for his warm heart and generous spirit, Santiago was a beacon of love and kindness to those around him. In the words of Maya Angelou, "People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." Santiago's memory will live on in the hearts of his loved ones, forever treasured and never forgotten.
