Born on May 19, 1978, to Charles Hunter and Rita Berry Hunter, Ryan grew up in a world that appreciated the value of hard work and the importance of community. He carried these values throughout his life, touching the hearts of everyone he met. Ryan's commitment to his family was unwavering, and he is survived by his beloved spouse B.J. Hunter, his treasured child Madison Hunter, his devoted mother Rita Berry, and his caring sister Lisa Mahoney.

Ryan's professional life was marked by his exceptional skill and reliability. He began his career at A&A Electric, where he quickly established himself as a proficient and resourceful electrical supervisor. His expertise eventually led him to Carter Electric, where he became the go-to guy for critical electrical projects. His work was integral to the operations of prominent institutions such as Busch Gardens, the City of Tampa, the University of Tampa, the University of South Florida, and the Hillsborough County Sheriff's office. Ryan's colleagues at Carter Electric and beyond knew him as a man who could always be counted on, no matter the complexity of the task at hand.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Ryan was a proud member of the local 915 International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW). His involvement with the IBEW was not just a reflection of his career but of his belief in the strength of solidarity and the dignity of labor. Ryan's contributions to his local chapter helped foster a sense of camaraderie and support among his peers.

Ryan's interests and activities extended beyond the sphere of work. He was a man of many passions and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
