Rudolph Harrison, a former resident of Plant City and local business owner, passed away Monday, July 22, 2019 at the age of 84 years and 11 months. Mr. Harrison had resided in Sevierville, Tennessee since 2011. Mr. Harrison began his business at 504 South Collins Street as Master Craft Memorials on January 2, 1971 and continued until February 14, 2011. Choosing to start his monument career in Marianna, Florida and excelling in his trade, he brought comfort to many families during their times of grief by filling many special requests. He was always willing to offer a strong hand to many in need. "Rudy" or "Dolf' to many of his friends, he will be remembered for his avid love of golf and his love of gospel music which he enjoyed with many church friends. Rudolph was the son of the late Freddie Euginia Hall and Ray Harrison. Born in Dothan, Alabama, he leaves behind his wife of 38 years Lorraine Hartley Harrison; sons Danny (Phyllis), Rickey (Martha), Terry (Sonya) and Kenneth; daughters Janet (Michael) and Debra (Tim); four grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, two nieces and 1 nephew. He is preceded in death by his brother Rufus Harrison, and sister Christine H. Livingston. The family will receive friends Friday July 26, 2019 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Haught Funeral Home 708 w.
