Robert James Wilder, 74 of Plant City passed away May 14, 2022.
Born in Plant City, he was the son of Austin and Joyce Wilder.
His survivors include his wife of 44 years, Margaret "Peg" Coe Wilder; children, Barton Wilder, Robert Wilder (Jillian); brother, Brian Wilder (Marilyn).
Bob was a member of St Clement Catholic Church and was retired after 33 years of service from Hillsborough County Schools, where he was the AG teacher for both Turkey Creek Junior High and Plant City High. He also served for many years as advisor for FFA.
Bob was an avid outdoorsman; farming, fishing. He and Peg loved to travel in their RV and had been to almost every state in the US.
Funeral service will be held Friday June 3, 2022 at 4:00PM at St. Clement Catholic Church, 1104 N. Alexander Street Plant City, Florida 33563. A gathering to honor Mr. Wilder will follow in Cronin Hall from 6:00 to 8:00PM.
