He leaves behind his mother, Dana Fultz; his siblings, Leitha Fultz and his twin sister, Elizabeth Fultz, and her fiance DJ; his grandparents, Adam Fultz, who survives him, Shirley Sheffield Fultz, who preceded him in death, and Sharon Lowry; as well as three nieces and two nephews. He also leaves behind many other relatives and friends who will forever carry his memory in their hearts.

Randy's life was a reminder of the importance of love, connection, and the joy found in everyday moments. He had a way of making people feel seen and heard, and his presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
