Paul Bernard Boleyn, age 89, of Plant City Florida was born in Oelwein, Iowa in 1932 passed away on January 13, 2022.
Paul is survived by his children, Susan Anderson (spouse Dan Anderson) and Steve Boleyn, grandchildren; Melissa Arnold, Jennifer Boleyn, and six great grandchildren.
Paul had a full life. He served in the United States Air Force in the Korean War as a Flight Mechanic, and he spent time in Germany and abroad during his service. After his service, Paul began his career as a successful entrepreneur, first as a truck driver and later as the owner of a Farm and Heavy equipment business.
Paul has always had a love of hobbies, including flying his plane, rebuilding cars, boating, and 4-wheeling. He has always shared his hobbies with his loved ones, taking them on plane rides and boat rides whenever he had the opportunity. Paul was a member of the Elks Lodge for 32 years. He liked traveling the country in his RV, and even had a small farm in Tennessee. He enjoyed taking care of his animals, including his two mini horses Candy and Sugar and he loved spending time with his grandkids, great grandkids and extended family. Paul will be remembered as a man of little words with a big heart. He will always be loved and missed by his family and friends.
The family will receive friends Thursday, January 20, 2022 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at Haught Funeral Home Chapel, 708 W. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Plant City, FL 33563. Funeral services will follow at 4:00 PM.
