Nita Yowell Shaw

Nita Shaw, age 88, of Plant City died on March 7, 2021. Born in Lake Wales, Florida, she was the daughter of the late Wilton and Alnita: Miller Yowell. Survivors include, husband: Lowell Shaw, children: Deborah (Michael) Shaw Loomis, Sheri (Steve) Ruland, Steven Shaw and Coni Rogers Wilkerson. Sister: Michael Chisolm, 9 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Nita was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Plant City, worked for the Hillsborough County Public Schools where she was a teacher and a guidance counselor, working at Pinecrest Elementary and Jackson Elementary Schools. Memorial Services will be held at 2:00pm April 9, 2021 at the First United Methodist Church of Plant City 303 N Evers Street Plant City FL 33563.
