Michael James Gooding Sr.

Michael James Gooding Sr., age 70, of Plant City, FL passed away on January 2, 2021.

He was the son of the late Ronald and Norma Bunyan Gooding, also preceded in death by siblings: Richard Gooding, and Candy Holden
Survivors include wife; Nancy Gooding, two daughter; Carolyn (Chad) Lampert and Janalee Jones, and a son, siblings; Patricia Magnant, Asunta Blanchard, five grandchildren, and beloved dog; Rambo.

Michael was a United States Marine Corp Veteran. Michael was the owner of Hi-Tech Automotive Inc. in Brandon. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Brandon. Michael enjoyed drag racing, cherished his grandchildren, and greatly enjoyed his retirement.

The family will receive friends Thursday, January 14, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Haught Funeral Home, 708 W Dr MLK Jr Blvd, Plant City, FL 33563. Funeral services will follow at 12:00 PM.
