Mattie Lou Stump, 98, passed away on March 05, 2023 in Plant City, FL.
Mattie was born on February 17, 1925 in Nashville, GA to the late Jerry and Essie Hodges Bennett.
Mattie was preceded in death by her husband Denzil Stump, Charles ( Alicia) Easters (Son) and her five sisters and three brothers.
Mattie is survived by her Children, Melvin (Margaret) Easters, Diana Ballinger, Shera ( Drew) Rose, Linda Nichols; seven grandchildren ( including Duwanna), and eleven great- grandchildren.
Mattie was a member of First Assembly of God Plant City. She loved reading her Bible and her daily devotions, sewing, cooking, gardening, and cherished her family.
Friends and family will be received Monday, March 13, 2023 at 10:00 AM-11:00 AM at Haught Funeral Home, 708 W. Dr. MLK Jr. Blvd Plant City, FL 33563.
A funeral service will follow at 11:00am at Haught Funeral Home.
