She found joy in her work, and her colleagues often commented on her infectious enthusiasm and dedication. Outside of work, Mary was an ardent patron of Dodos Hobby Shop in Seffner, where she would often spend hours indulging in her love for hobbies and crafts.
Mary's love for animals was unparalleled, a trait evident in her deep affection for her goats and cats. Her home was a sanctuary for these animals, and she found great joy in their companionship. Mary's kindness extended beyond her family and pets; she was known in her community for her generosity and thoughtfulness, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.
Mary was predeceased by her beloved husband, Warren Coons, and her parents, Floyd Gregory and Mary Olderoyd. She leaves behind a loving family, including her son, Warren Coons Jr., her son Charles Coons and his wife Kim, and three cherished grandchildren. Each of them carries forward the memory of her love and kindness.

The family will receive friends Friday, September 1, 2023 form 6:00 PM to 7:00 Pm at Haught Funeral Home 708 W Dr MLK Jr Blvd Plant City FL 33563. A Funeral Service will follow at 7:00 PM.
