Larry Eugene Reibsome, known affectionately as Larry to his friends and family, passed away peacefully on November 26, 2024, at the age of 73 in Lakeland, Florida. Born on January 4, 1951, in Lyons, New York, Larry was a man whose presence was characterized by his loving nature, kindness, and friendly demeanor.
Predeceased by his parents, Fred Wilbur Reibsome and Gladys Marie Huff, Larry's legacy continues through his beloved wife, Margie Reibsome, and their cherished children: David Reibsome, Robert Brooker, Larry(Mallory) Reibsome, Diane Reibsome, Melissa Reibsome, and Jessie Reibsome. He was also a proud grandfather to six grandchildren, who will miss his warmth and guidance.
Larry's life was marked by a steadfast dedication to his work at the Mosaic Mining Company, from which he retired after many years of loyal service. His colleagues knew him as a man of integrity and a friend who could always be counted on. His involvement in various associations within the industry reflected his commitment to his profession and the community he helped to build and support.
Beyond his professional achievements, Larry was a man of many passions. He had an enduring love for dirt car racing, a hobby that brought him immense joy and excitement. His love for fishing was equally well-known, as he spent countless serene hours by the water, rod in hand, enjoying the simple pleasures of nature.
Those who knew Larry will remember him as a man who lived his life with a generous heart and an open door. His home was a place of laughter and camaraderie, where friends and family were always welcome. Larry's ability to connect with people and his genuine interest in their well-being made him a cherished figure in his community.

His memory will continue to inspire and comfort those who were fortunate enough to know him. Larry's passing leaves a void in the hearts of many, but his spirit will forever remain a guiding light in the lives of his family and friends.
