Kenneth Allen Alderman

Kenneth Allen Alderman, who was born on December 31, 1951, in Plant City, Florida, passed away on July 21, 2026, in Temple Terrace, Florida. He lived a life marked by hard work, devotion to family, and a quiet strength that touched the lives of many who knew him.

He worked as an inspector with Hy-Tech Petroleum, where he was known for his attention to detail and his strong work ethic. Kenny approached his work with responsibility and pride, and he earned the respect of those alongside whom he served. His career reflected the same qualities that guided his life outside of work, including honesty, reliability, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

Kenny found joy in the simple and meaningful things in life, especially gardening. He loved to spend time tending to plants and watching them grow, and this interest reflected his patient and nurturing nature. Gardening gave him peace and satisfaction, and it was one of the many ways he expressed his appreciation for life's quiet blessings. Whether working outdoors or spending time with loved ones, he brought warmth and steadiness to every part of his day.

He is survived by his wife, Belinda Alderman, and by his children, Michelle Stone, Darla Stone, Russell Stone, Seth Maslen, Savanna Hunt, and Rosa Maslen. He also leaves behind his siblings, Richard Alderman, Dean Alderman, and Betty Josey. Kenneth was a proud grandfather to 10 grandchildren and a great-grandfather to 4 great-grandchildren, all of whom brought him great joy and pride. His family was central to his life, and he cherished the bonds he shared with them throughout the years.

Kenny was preceded in death by his parents, Abbie Alderman and Naomi Perry. Their memory remained an important part of his life, and he carried forward the values of family, perseverance, and love that were instilled in him from an early age.

Kenneth Allen Alderman will be remembered for his kind heart, his capable hands, and the love he gave so freely to those around him. He leaves behind a legacy of devotion, strength, and quiet generosity. His presence will be deeply missed, but the memories he created and the example he set will continue to live on in the hearts of his family and friends.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Haught Funeral Home, 708 W. Dr. MLK Jr. Blvd Plant City, FL 33563.
