Kathleen Rose Sandahl

Kathleen “Kathy” Sandhal, age 67, of Plant City, FL passed away on June 19, 2021.

She was born in Allentown, PA to Harold and Rose DeFrain on October 10, 1953. She was the first daughter and second child of eight children. Kathy married the love of her life John Sandhal on January 9, 2010. She was the proud mother of Gary Auchey, Andrew Wright and Jeffrey Wright. Step-children, June Malouc, Gerald Wright Jr., Matthew Wright, Robin Readinger, Ana Rodriguez, Emily Carrio, and Aryan Rodriguez.

Kathy’s heart was in Jesus and was faithful that “God’s got this” in every situation. She faithfully volunteered her time to the Bread of Refuge in Brandon, FL aside her husband John, sister Sharon and brother in law Scott. Her love and dedication was an inspiration to everyone she met and assisted. Kathy’s light was felt by everyone who came in contact with her gracious laugh, smile and giving spirit. She was also a member of The River Church in Tampa, FL, where she worshiped God.

Kathy is survived by her mother Rose, husband John, all her children, nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, bother Steve, sisters Debbie, Lori, Sharon, and Tammy.

The family will receive friends Friday, July 16, 2021 from 3pm to 4pm at Haught Funeral Home located at 708 W Dr. MLK Jr Blvd, Plant City, FL 33563. A celebration of life will follow at 4pm. At 5p, an honor gathering at The Crossing Church, 507 S Wheeler St, Plant City, FL 33563.
