Judy Elizabeth Stevens, born on September 4, 1948, in Dover, New Jersey, passed away on August 26, 2026, in Plant City, Florida, surrounded by the love and memories of a life devoted to family.
Judy lived a life centered on home, family, and the simple joys that made each day meaningful. She was a homemaker by calling and by nature, and she took great pride in creating a welcoming and caring home for her family. Her life was marked by kindness, patience, and a deep sense of responsibility to those she loved. She was known for her loving nature, and that love was evident in the way she cared for her children, welcomed her grandchildren, and treasured every gathering with family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William P. Levens and Doris Cassmore, and by her beloved husband of 51 years, Frank Stevens. Their marriage was a lasting partnership built on love, companionship, and shared memories. Judy and Frank especially enjoyed traveling and eating out, and those outings became cherished moments in a life filled with togetherness. She was also preceded in death by her siblings Shirley Yanavok, Mary Simpkins, William Levens, and Albert Levens.
Judy is survived by her children, Frank Stevens, Theresa Stevens, Billy Stevens, and Stella Stevens, all of whom carry forward her legacy of love and family devotion. She is also survived by her sister, Doris Dyer, who shared in many years of family bonds and memories. Judy's family was one of the greatest joys of her life, and she found happiness in being surrounded by those she loved most.
She was a proud grandmother to Erik Castimore, Billy Braxton, Brittney Castimore, Amber Wenteler, Lindsey Stevens, Ronald Stevens, Alyssa Castimore, Natasha Osorio, Steven Hill, Jakob Hill, and Cali Hill. Her grandchildren brought her great joy, and she treasured each of them deeply. She was also blessed with great-grandchildren, Ava, Addison, Christian, Jesley, Remi, Madison, Aviana, Rhonen, Zuhaily, Franklin, Felipe, Noah, Kayden, Sophia, and Aria who added even more light and happiness to her life. Judy delighted in family gatherings and vacations, and she especially loved the moments when everyone could come together to share laughter, stories, and good food.
In addition to her devotion to family, Judy enjoyed shopping and the pleasure of spending time out and about with the people she loved. She appreciated the little things in life and found happiness in everyday experiences that others might overlook.
