Judith Cruz Morales, a woman of faith and kindness, passed away peacefully on October 18, 2025, at the age of 88 in Lakeland, Florida. Born on October 17, 1937, in Ponce, Puerto Rico, Judith's life was a testament to the power of love, family, and unwavering faith. Her gentle spirit and thoughtful nature touched the lives of all who knew her. Judith, affectionately known by those closest to her, was a devout Catholic who found great joy in the simple pleasures of life. Her days were often spent tending to her beloved plants, listening to the cheerful chirping of birds, and ensuring her home was a welcoming sanctuary for family and friends. Her commitment to her faith was evident in every aspect of her life, guiding her actions and interactions with a grace that was truly inspiring. She is lovingly remembered by her children, Carmen Rodriguez, Angelo Rodriguez, Angelo Rosado, Ray (Nancy) Rosado, Tony (Lourdes) Rosado, and Catherine Rosado. Judith's legacy extends through a lineage of 21 grandchildren, 59 great-grandchildren, and 32 great-great-grandchildren, each of whom carry a piece of her spirit and teachings. Her family was her pride and joy, and she cherished every moment spent surrounded by their love and laughter. Judith was preceded in death by her beloved children, Angel Rosado, Milagros Gonzalez, Hector Rosado, and William Lugo, as well as her cherished grandson, Israel Rodriguez, Jr. Their memories remain a comfort to those who continue to walk the path of life without them. Throughout her life, Judith exemplified what it means to be faith-filled, kind, and thoughtful. She approached every situation with a heart full of compassion and a willingness to help others. Her unwavering support and guidance were the cornerstones upon which her family built their lives. As we bid farewell to Judith Cruz Morales, we celebrate a life beautifully lived and a soul that will forever inspire us to be better, to love more deeply, and to embrace our faith with open hearts. Her memory will be cherished, her lessons will continue to guide us, and her love will remain with us always. Judith's life will be honored in a service that reflects her deep Christian faith, surrounded by the family and friends whose lives she so profoundly impacted. As we gather to remember her, we will share stories, laughter, and tears, rejoicing in the knowledge that her spirit lives on in each of us. May Judith rest in eternal peace, and may her family find solace in the knowledge that her journey was one of purpose, love, and profound faith. Her story does not end with her passing but continues through the lives of those she loved and the countless hearts she touched.
Friends and family will be received on Wednesday, October 22 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Haught Funeral Home, 708 W. Dr Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Plant City, FL 33563.
A mass will be Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Clement Catholic Church in Plant City, FL.
