Born on February 11, 1931, in Cameron, Texas, to Rosalio and Lorenza Castillo, Juan's life was a tapestry of hard work, love, and melody that resonated through the hearts of all who knew him.
Juan's journey began in the fields of Florida, where he embraced the value of hard work and the importance of family. His dedication to farming was not just a profession but a testament to his connection with the land and his commitment to providing for his loved ones. Juan's children, Ester Castillo (Hilario), Sylvia Castillo (Juan), Diana Castillo, Juan Castillo (Hortencia), Sonia Castillo, Nau Castillo (Barbara), Jose Castillo, Nora Castillo (Eloy), Mario Castillo (Maria), Maria Castillo (Gergeorio), and Maria Salustia Castillo (Rogelio), will carry forward his legacy of kindness and compassion. His siblings, Antonio Castillo, Ester Castillo, Micky Castillo, and Agapito Castillo, will remember him as a beacon of guidance and joy.
The legacy of Juan Castillo is further immortalized by his 38 grandchildren and 77 great-grandchildren, who will continue to tell his stories and live by the values he instilled in them.
