Jose Able Lugo

Jose Able Lugo, age 44, of Benton Harbor, MI passed away on April 7, 2021.

He was the son of Salvador Lugo Ortega and Maria de Carmen Zamora, his mother still survives.

Survivors also include his wife; Adriana Perez, children; Anna Karen Lugo, Miracle Lugo, Adriana Lugo, siblings; Salvador Lugo, Jose Luis Lugo, Yolanda Lugo, Blanca Estella Lugo, Maria Araceli Lugo, Francisco Javier Lugo.

Abel was one of the best billiard pool players. One of the luckiest players because he was one in a million to shoot the 8ball in a corner shot. He made sure to always tell his team “Mexican Connection” that he was proud of their accomplishments and winnings. He enjoyed traveling, and exploring new adventures. He loved to have a good time and spend time with people who he genuinely cared for. He was known for his metaphors and open advice that he would give freely, even when people didn’t ask for any. He helped anyone and everyone. He never cared for materialistic things he only wanted to see the happiness and success in others. He was a man of many trades and he made sure that he taught those along the way. If anything is to be remembered it is that he never wanted those to cry for him after death because he believed that love was shown in life rather then after. Overall Abel was the man that everyone would wish to have as a best friend, husband and father. 

Abel fue uno de los mejores jugadores de billar. Uno de los jugadores más afortunados porque fue uno en un millón en disparar la bola 8 en un tiro de esquina. Siempre se aseguró de decirle a su equipo “Conexión Mexicana” que estaba orgulloso de sus logros y ganancias. Disfrutaba viajar y explorar nuevas aventuras. Le encantaba divertirse y pasar tiempo con las personas que realmente le importaban. Era conocido por sus metáforas y sus consejos abiertos que daba libremente, incluso cuando la gente no los pedía. Ayudó a todos y a todos. Nunca le importaron las cosas materialistas, solo quería ver la felicidad y el éxito en los demás. Era un hombre de muchos oficios y se aseguró de enseñarlos a lo largo del camino. Si algo hay que recordar de el es que nunca quiso que los que le lloraran después de la muerte porque creía que el amor se mostraba en la vida y no después. En general, Abel era el hombre que todos desearían tener como mejor amigo, esposo y padre.
