JoAnne C. Smith, age 89, of Plant City, FL passed away on July 29, 2020.
A native of Tampa, Florida, she was the daughter of the late Owen and Margaret Rositer Coile.
Survivors include children, Gene (Cindy) Smith Jr., Mark (Denise) Smith, three grandchildren, one great- grandchild, and one great- great-grandchild. JoAnne was preceded in death by her four brothers and sisters. She enjoyed drawing and gardening. In lieu of services, the family has requested flowers to be planted in honor of JoAnne.
