Jewel Dean Harris

Jewel Dean Harris, age 87, of Plant City, FL went home to be with her Lord on March 28, 2021.
A native of Hazelhurst, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late John and Irene Powell Register.
She was proceeded in death by her husband of 50 years, W.D. Harris.
She is survived by her beautiful daughters Sandra (Jack) Harris, and Robin (David) Crump, 6 grandchildren(Candi, Angela, Kelli, Christopher, Brian, and Ashley.), 10 great- grandchildren(Skyler, Ciara, Alyssa, Dylan, Lylli, Lillian, Sebastian, Annie, Charlotte, Alexander) , and 2 great- great grandchildren (Zella and Lovena).
Jewel loved the Lord with all her heart and enjoyed being with her family more than anything. She will forever be remembered for her un withering faith in her Lord. She served alongside her husband W.D. managing motels for years, then ran a bus ministry at church for years. She and her husband were long time members of Knights Baptist Church. She loved going to church with her family to worship. She really enjoyed taking long walks at the Bryan track and watching movies around Christmas with her granddaughter. She was always the most cheerful person, could brighten a room with just her smile. She blessed the lives of all who knew her. She was a once in a lifetime Jewel.
