Jerome Detlof Lofstrom

Jerome "Jerry" Lofstrom, age 77, of Valrico, FL passed away on December 13, 2021.
Born in St. Paul, Minnesota, he was the son of the late Dan and Melba Romlin Lofstrom.
Survivors include his beloved wife, Marti Lofstrom, children, Jeremy (Heather) Lofstrom, siblings, Carolyn Jewell, Jim Lofstrom, Erna Smith, grandchildren, Grace, Masen and Kasen. Jerry was also preceded in death by the daughter he cherished Sarah Margarita Lofstrom and a brother John Lofstrom. He was the owner of Whistle Stop, loved to write, he was a writer for the Plant City Courier, very active in the local politics, and he cherished his grandchildren. He was an avid Minnesota Viking fan. The family will receive friends Saturday, January 8, 2022, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at City Pointe Church 503 N. Palmer Street Plant City FL 33563. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM. If so desired donations can be made to the grandchildren C/O the Railroad and Industrial Federal Credit Union in the name of Marti Lofstrom.
