Jeffrey Little Obituary

Jeffrey Joseph Little, a man who seasoned life with laughter and love, took his final bow on July 21, 2024, in Pinellas Park, FL. Born in Tampa, FL, on November 5, 1984, Jeffrey's zest for life was apparent from the get-go, and he spent his 39 years sprinkling joy as if it were on one of his signature dishes.

Jeffrey's early years were spent in the warmth of Tampa, where he was born to the late Terry Little and Marie Owens. His twin brothers, Andrew and Anthony Little, shared in the boisterous and joyful childhood that would shape Jeffrey into the loving man he became. Jeffrey's journey in life was enriched by his beloved husband of three years, Larry H. Hayes Jr., with whom he celebrated their anniversary just days before his passing. Together, they shared a life full of laughter, love, and the joyous companionship of their fur babies; Tiffany, their 13 year old Boston terrier, and Martha Stewart, their 9 year old cat.

After studying Culinary Arts, Jeffrey's professional life was as flavorful as his dishes. His dishes were not only a feast for the taste buds but also for the soul. He brought joy to many as a chef in the hospitality industry. His love for cooking was only matched by his love for watching cooking shows, documentaries, and all things Disney. He was known to spread magic to all as he was "friends" with some iconic characters such as Prince Charming, the Queen of Hearts, and Maleficent at Disney World.

Jeffrey was a man best described as loving, adventurous, and passionate. His spirit will be remembered by all who knew him. As Walt Disney himself said, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Jeffrey lived by these words, pursuing his dreams with courage and an open heart.

As we bid farewell to Jeffrey Joseph Little, let us remember him not with sadness but with the laughter and love he so freely gave. His legacy is one of culinary delights, belly laughs, and a life well-lived. Bon appétit, Jeffrey, your recipe for life will continue to inspire us all.
