James Greene Obituary
Richard Greene, age 84, of Plant City, FL passed away on July 9, 2021.
He was the son of the late Robert and Carolyn Greene, he is also preceded in death by wife; Ettie Sue Greene.
Survivors include children; Tim (Amy) Greene, Cindy (Jerry) Cigarran, brother; Ray (Virginia) Greene, six grandchildren; Alexis and Danielle Greene, Paul and Chris Cigarran, Amanda Danley, and Alicia Gilbertsen, and two great grandchildren; Jax Bernier and Bella Jo Danley.
Richard was a member of Eastside Baptist Church. He was the owner of Greene Poultry Farm, Family Vending, and Pay Phones Plus Inc. Richard loved fishing, dove hunting, the Florida Gators, and the Tampa Bay Rays.
The family will receive friends Friday, July 16, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Haught Funeral Home Chapel, 708 W. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Plant City, FL 33563. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM.
In honor of Richard's love for the Florida Gators, everyone in attendance is invited to wear orange and/or blue the day of the service.
