Herbert was predeceased by his loving parents, Herbert Hoover Rowell Sr. and Margaret. His legacy continues through his children, Scott Rowell Jr., Chris Rowell, and Amanda (Shayne) White; his siblings, Kenneth Rowell, Susan Matthews, and Dick Hurst; and his cherished granddaughter, Chassidy Middleton. Each family member was a source of immense pride and joy for Herbert, and he dedicated his life to nurturing those precious bonds.
For over four decades, Herbert was a respected salesman with Ring Power, where his dedication and charisma made him a favorite among colleagues and clients alike. His professional life was marked by a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence that earned him the respect and admiration of all who knew him.
