Hazel Geneva Raulerson, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on March 26, 2026, in Lithia, Florida, at the age of 91. Born on December 16, 1934, in Keysville, Florida, Hazel lived a life rich with love, family, and community, leaving behind a legacy that will be cherished by all who knew her.

Hazel was the devoted wife of the late B.W. Albritton and the late Richard Raulerson, with whom she shared many wonderful years. She is survived by her loving children, Carolyn (Randy) Hiscock and, Linda (Steve) Strickland. Hazel also cherished the memory of her son, Andy Albritton, who predeceased her. Her family was her pride and joy, and she was a doting grandmother to her six grandchildren and a beloved great-grandmother to 16 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.

Family was always central to Hazel's life, a value instilled in her by her parents, Rubin and Essie Tidwell, who have also passed on. Hazel was the sister to Lee, Ernest, Leonard, and Buddy Tidwell, all of whom predeceased her, and she shared a special bond with her surviving sister, Pauline Whitaker. Her siblings were her lifelong companions, and she treasured the memories they created together.

Throughout her life, Hazel was known for her loving nature, a quality that endeared her to everyone she met. Her warmth and kindness left a lasting impression on her family, friends, and community. She was a dedicated member of the Crossroads Baptist Church Pinecrest, where her faith was a guiding force in her life. Her love for sports extended to the water, where she found joy in water skiing.
