Gary Walter Almon, age 81, of Plant City, FL passed away on January 14, 2022.
A native of Turkey Creek, Florida, he was the son of the late Walter and Alva Brooker Almon.
Survivors include his wife of sixty years Gayle Almon, children, Scott (Aimee) Almon, Tony (Krystal) Almon, grandchildren, Trent, Tyler (Masiel), P.J. Alex, Abby, and one great grandchild on the way.
Gary was a member of Faith Assembly of God in Plant City, and the Operating Engineers Union Local 925. Served in the Navy on U.S.S Little Rock, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, traveling, and attending sporting events, also was an avid birthday singer.
