Frank Stevens, 68 of Dover passed away January 17, 2018.
Born in Newton, New Jersey, he was the son of the late Russell and Pearl Sutton Stevens.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Judy Levens Stevens; children, Frank Stevens, Jr (Tonya), Theresa Stevens (Evans Castimore), William Stevens (Rebecca), Stella Stevens (Steven Hill); 14 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
Frank was retired from Florida Rock, Concrete and Gas after 20 years, loved to woodwork, hunt, fish and camp.
The family will be having private services.
