Forrest G. Haynes

Forrest G. Haynes, age 90, of Lakeland, FL passed away on January 19, 2021.

He was the son of the late John and Mamie Simpson Haynes.

Survivors include wife of 57 years; Rose Haynes, children; Dwayne Moore, Gerri (Dave) Veltheim, Tammy Clark, siblings; J.T. Haynes, Hazel Adcock, Leila Blevins, and three grandchildren.

Forrest was a Unites States Air Force Veteran where he served 4 years in the Korean era. He was a member of Northside Baptist Church for 14 years. He worked as a Funeral Director at Wells and was owner of Haynes Funeral Home. Forrest loved to fish and airboat.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 27, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Haught Funeral Home, 708 W Dr MLK Jr Blvd, Plant City, FL 33563. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM.
