Fatima Baca-Muniz, a radiant spirit of kindness and creativity, passed away peacefully on April 1, 2025, in her hometown of Tampa, FL. Born on September 12, 2016, to Salvador Baca and Carolina Muniz, Fatima's bright smile and loving heart brought immeasurable joy to all who knew her. In her brief nine years, Fatima's kind and loving nature touched many lives. She was the cherished sister of Miguel and Vanessa Baca-Muniz, and the adored granddaughter of Salvadore Baca, Maria Carmen Muniz, and Carmen Jasso. Her family, a tapestry of love and support, will forever honor her memory. Fatima was a proud student within the Hillsborough County Public School Systems, where her teachers and classmates were continually inspired by her eagerness to learn and her willingness to help others. Her creativity shone brightly in her artwork, as she loved to draw, capturing the beauty of the world as she saw it through her imaginative eyes.
Her involvement with the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church was a testament to her faith and commitment to her community. Fatima's gentle spirit and readiness to contribute made her a beloved member of the church family. Those who knew Fatima describe her as a beacon of kindness, love, and creativity. Her ability to see the good in everything and everyone exemplified her pure and generous heart.
