With deep love and sadness,we announce the passing of Donald J walkowiak,who departed this life on June 27th 2026 at the age of 90.
Donald Walkowiak was a devoted husband,loving father,and cherished friend, his greatest joy in life was his naval days as a radioman on the submarine the SS418 Thornback.
He shared 53 wonderful years of marriage with his devoted wife Patricia, building a life filled with love,laughter, and unwavering commitment.
Together they raised seven children Deby, Sue,Mike,Sandy,Rich,Donna and Amy.
He was a caring and dependable father who led by example, teaching the values of integrity,hard work, and compassion.
His love extended to his grandchildren,extended family and many friends.
Donald Walkowiak will be remembered for his strength, wisdom, and his storytelling.
His legacy lives through his beloved wife,children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
The family appreciates the love,prayers and support shown during this difficult time. We will have a memorial at a later date.
Though he will be deeply missed his love,values and memories will remain in our hearts forever.
