Denise Ivette Burt

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Denise Ivette Burt and her beloved son Kamari L. Burt, a loving wife, mother, daughter, and sister. She was born on March 12, 1990, in Jersey City, NJ, and passed away peacefully on September 25, 2023, in Tampa, Florida. Denise was a beacon of love, selflessness, and generosity, and her departure has left a void in the hearts of all who knew her. Denise was the beloved wife of Sylvester L. Burt Jr., and the proud mother of Kadyn Burt. She was the cherished daughter of Napoleon Ramirez and a loving sister to Jackie Lewis, her husband Saddiq, and nephews Nasir and Zaid Lewis. Her best friends, Alisha Benitez, Renaldo Wallace, Griselda Nunez and Ameila Camargo, and Sylvester"s mother Philirine Smith and his grandmother Christanna Smith. Her family was the center of her world, and she was the heart of her family. Denise's love for her husband, son, father, and sister was evident in her every action, and her tireless dedication to their happiness will forever be remembered. Denise was a woman of great intellect and dedication. She held a Bachelor's degree in medical coding and worked in Human Resources with Lowes in Plant City. Throughout her career, she was admired for her professionalism, work ethic, and ability to inspire those around her. Her contributions to her field and the positive impact she made on her colleagues will not be forgotten. Denise's interests extended beyond her professional life. She cherished her relationships with her family and friends, and she had a unique ability to make everyone feel special and loved. She was a generous soul, always ready to lend a helping hand, and her kindness and warmth radiated to those around her. In the words of Maya Angelou, "People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." Denise lived by this philosophy, and her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched. Her loving nature, selfless spirit, and generous heart will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know her.
