Debra Ann Teeden, affectionately known as Debbie to her friends and family, passed away on October 16, 2025, in Plant City, Florida. Born on April 1, 1961, in Tampa, Florida, Debbie's life was a testament to the power of love, kindness, and dedication.
Debbie's journey through life was marked by her unwavering commitment to her family. She was a cherished wife to her husband, Bill Teeden, with whom she shared 42 years of marriage filled with mutual respect and adoration. Together, they built a life that was a filled with warmth and stability. Her role as a mother to her son, Billy (Jeannette), was one of her greatest joys. She instilled in him the values of compassion and integrity that she embodied so effortlessly. Debbie's love extended to her grandchildren, Logan and Taylor Teeden, who were the light of her life. She nurtured them with the same selfless love that she had shown to all those around her. Her sister, Lori Bounds, shared a bond with Debbie that was unbreakable, filled with shared memories and an understanding that only siblings can have.
Debbie's interests were a reflection of her serene and contemplative nature. She found solace and joy in coloring, which allowed her to express her creativity and love for vibrant colors. Puzzle books were a favorite pastime, challenging her keen intellect and providing endless hours of enjoyment. An avid reader, Debbie could often be found lost in the pages of a book, exploring new worlds and ideas. The beach was her sanctuary, a place where she felt most at peace, with the rhythmic sound of the waves and the warmth of the sun providing a backdrop to her happiest moments.
Those who knew Debbie would describe her as loving, thoughtful, and selfless. She had a unique ability to make everyone around her feel valued and loved. Her presence was a comforting embrace, her words a soothing balm to those in need. Debbie's thoughtfulness was evident in the little things she did for others, never seeking recognition but always ensuring that her loved ones felt her care and support.
