Clyde B Smith. Jr., age 80, of Plant City, FL passed away on November 25, 2021.
He was the of son of the late Clyde Brundell Sr. and Lucy Geneva Smith.
He is survived by his wife, Martha and their son, Clyde B Smith, III. He is also survived by his sister, JoAnn (Bill) Parolini.
Clyde worked for Continental Can Company of Tampa for 30 years, retiring as a quality control inspector. He was also retired from the United States Postal System Valrico Post Office where he worked for 10 years. He was of the Christian faith and enjoyed antique shopping, old cars and bluegrass festivals. Clyde was a supporter of the Stecoah Valley Cultural Arts Center in Graham County, North Carolina.
The family will receive friends Thursday, December 2, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Haught Funeral Home Chapel, 708 W. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Plant City, FL 33563. Funeral services will follow at 10:00 AM.
