Dr. Cindy Ann Kelly, D.O., a woman whose radiant spirit and immeasurable kindness touched the lives of all who knew her. Born on August 6, 1968, in Jacksonville, Florida, Cindy was a beacon of light, a testament to the power of love, generosity, and kindness. Her journey on this earth came to a peaceful end on September 1, 2023, in Tampa, Florida, leaving behind a legacy that will continue to inspire and uplift those who were fortunate to be part of her life.

Cindy was the beloved daughter of the late Thomas R. Clements and Melba L. Reynolds, survives, and cherished step-daughter to the late Wade L. Reynolds, Jr., and Norma L. Clements, survives. She was a loving and devoted wife to Matt Kelly, and an extraordinary mother to Kaylan, Ayden, and Shelby Kelly. Her bond with her sibling, Tracy, and her husband Ryan Lee was one of mutual respect, love, and shared laughter. Her step-siblings, Debbie and her husband Dan Dyer, Dawna and husband Dan Austin, Sarah Reynolds, Wendy and her husband Cully Kieckhafer, held a special place in her heart. Cindy was also a beloved aunt to numerous nieces and nephews, who will remember her for her warmth, wisdom, and playful spirit.

Cindy's passion for learning and dedication to service were evident in her educational journey and professional life. A proud graduate of Columbia High School in Lake City, Florida, she carried her thirst for knowledge to the University of Florida in Gainesville, and later the University of North Florida, where she earned her bachelor's degree. Cindy's devotion to the field of medicine led her to the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa, where she earned her doctorate degree. Cindy spent her entire career of over 25 years serving her friends and family in Plant City, and was dedicated to being a trusted and respected physician at Watson Clinic.

Cindy's life wasn't just about her commendable professional accomplishments. She was a woman of faith, a proud member of the Plant City Church of God. Her life was filled with the simple joys that came from spending time with her family, from memorable trips to Disney to cozy movie nights at home. She loved the thrill of a good board game and the laughter that filled the room during these shared moments.

Cindy was a woman who lived her life with open arms and a generous heart. She was friendly and gentle, always ready with a warm smile or a comforting word. Her spirit was infectious, her energy boundless. Even in her absence, her memory serves as a reminder of the power of kindness, the strength of love, and the beauty of a life lived with purpose.
