Born in Plant City, Florida, she was the daughter of the late Ben Howard and Letha Brown Howard.
Carolyn is survived by her husband of 27 years, Richard James Bousquet; son, Timothy R. Johns; siblings Charlotte Ashworth, Clifton Howard, Tommy Howard, Mabel Martin; three grandchildren.
She was a member of Full Gospel Tabernacle in Plant City, FL.
The family will be having a memorial service on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 1:00PM at Full Gospel Tabernacle in Plant City, FL.
