Bruce Leslie Nash, a cherished father, brother, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on April 20, 2025, in Lakeland, Florida, at the age of 82. Born on July 7, 1942, in San Diego, California, Bruce's life was a testament to his loving and kind nature, which touched the hearts of all who knew him.

Bruce's early years were spent in the sunny climes of California, where he was born to Earle E. Nash and Dorothy L. Culverwell. He grew up alongside his siblings, forming bonds that would last a lifetime. Although he was predeceased by his parents and his sisters, Judy and Patty Wilson, Bruce's legacy continues through his family. He is survived by his daughters, Kate Nash and Karen (Ervinado) Nash-Whittaker, his brothers, Chuck Nash and Keith Nash, as well as five grandchildren and one great-grandchild, who will all remember him with immense love and affection.

A proud veteran of the United States Navy, Bruce served his country with honor and distinction aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise as a nuclear power plant operator. His dedication to his work and his country exemplified the steadfastness and integrity that were hallmarks of his character.

After his military service, Bruce continued to lead a life of involvement and community connection. He was a regular attendee of the Beacon Hill Fellowship, where he found great joy and solace in the company of fellow congregants. His faith and the fellowship he shared with others were sources of great comfort and inspiration throughout his life.
