Barbara Ann Horn, a beacon of kindness and love, passed away peacefully on July 12, 2024, in Plant City, Florida, at the age of 73. Born on March 28, 1951, in Wyoming, Barbara's life was a testament to the power of compassion and friendliness that she extended to all beings, human and animal alike.
Barbara's early years in Brandon were filled with the laughter and camaraderie of a large family. She was a cherished sister to John (Sharon) Horn, William (Deborah) Horn, and Richard (Shawn) Horn. Barbara was predeceased by her siblings Robert Horn, Jeanne Donnelly, and James Horn, and her beloved son, Joshua Grable. Throughout her life, Barbara's passion for animal welfare shone brightly. She dedicated countless hours to pet rescue, advocating for the voiceless, and ensuring that animals of all kinds found loving homes.
