Austin Jerry Snow Sr., a cherished pillar of the Plant City community and a beacon of unwavering dedication, passed away peacefully on April 26, 2024, in Temple Terrace, Florida, at the age of 92. Born on June 7, 1931, in Plant City, Florida, Austin was the son of the late Nealy Lloyd Snow Sr. and Clara Belle Slater, Austin's life was a testament to the values of hard work, family, and the simple joys that make a life well-lived. Austin's legacy is carried on by his loving daughter, Jean Bullard, her husband Robert, and a large and vibrant family that includes his eight siblings, seven grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren. They remember him as a guiding light, a source of strength, and a man who could always be counted on for support and wisdom. Though they grieve his passing, they take comfort in the rich tapestry of memories he leaves behind. A man of many interests, Austin was particularly known for his passion for bowling. He could often be found at the local bowling alley, where he not only honed his skills but also forged lasting friendships and shared countless laughs. His love for the sport was only matched by his dedication to his family and his work, which he approached with a steadfast commitment that inspired all who knew him. Austin was preceded in death by his beloved wife; Ann Snow and his son, Austin Jerry Snow Jr., whose memory remained a guiding star in his life. The bond they shared continues to be a source of inspiration for the family. In reflecting on a life well-lived, Austin's family finds solace in the words of Helen Keller: "What we have once enjoyed we can never lose. All that we love deeply becomes a part of us." Austin's spirit, his love, and the joy he brought to so many lives are indelible marks upon the hearts of his family and friends. His was a life truly well-lived, and he will be profoundly missed.

A graveside service will be held Friday, May 3, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Willow Oak Cemetery, 3390 Willow Oak Road Mulberry, Florida 33860.
