Ashton Ortiz, age 14, of Plant City, FL passed away on February 23, 2020.
A native of Plant City, Florida, he was the son of Krystal Woods Rogers and Edgar (Jessica) Ortiz, and bonus mom; Jessica Lapointe.
Survivors also include grandparents; John (Betty) Woods, Katherine (Tyrone) Harrell, Margarita Avila, Great Grandmother; Pearl Davidson, siblings; Sebastian Ortiz, Gabriel Ortiz, Edgar Ortiz, Luke Duke, Delilah Duke, Elijah Rogers, aunts and uncles; Daniel and Kristopher Dixon, Kristin Sutton, Courtney Richardson, Oliver and Yvonne Ortiz and Roger Howard.
Ashton attended Burnett Middle School. He enjoyed riding scooters, baseball, and getting tattoos. He was a momma and nana's boy. He adored his family and friends and most of all his true love Lexi.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 3, 2020 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at Plant City Church of God, 2103 Mud Lake Road, Plant City, FL 33566. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 PM
