Aristeo Hurtado Garcia, aged 72, of Plant City, FL. Born on September 3rd, 1951, in the town of Jerez Zacatecas, Mexico, and passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on May 3rd, 2024., Aristeo embodied the warmth and zest of his native land throughout his life.
A loving husband of 47 years to the late Victoriana Garcia De La Torre, Aristeo's devotion to his family was unwavering. Together, they raised a family imbued with love and joy. He was a cherished father to Hermalinda Hurtado & Rosalio Hurtado, Alejandrina Vasquez & Ramon Vasquez, Ma Grasiela Hurtado & Jose Cabral, and Bianca Ramirez & Alejandro Ramirez. His legacy of love is carried on through his siblings Maurilio, Cesilio, Magdaleno, Maria Patrocinio, Maria Luisa, Maria, and Pedro Hurtado Garcia, who join him in mourning the loss of their sister Carmen Hurtado Garcia.
As a doting grandfather, Aristeo's playful spirit and gentle nature brought much joy to Daisy Selina Hurtado, Alexis David Hurtado, Brianna Susette Hurtado, Ashley Y. Vasquez, Emily A. Vasquez, Ilene Lisarilly Cabral Hurtado, Cristobal Ulises Cabral Hurtado, Maliyani Cabral Hurtado, Atziry Cabral Hurtado, Grace Cabral Hurtado, Bryan Ramirez, and Adrian Ramirez. His great-grandchildren, Kaiden Jaramillo, Adalyn Jaramillo, and Viviana Aitza Enriquez Cabral, will forever treasure the precious moments they shared with him.
Aristeo dedicated his life to farming—a testament to his commitment to nurturing both the land and his loved ones. His passion for the outdoors was evident in his love for baseball in his youth and his fondness for animal farming, particularly his cows and pigs. Aristeo was a devout member of Saint Clement Catholic Church, where his faith guided him in every aspect of his life.
Friends, family, and all whose lives were touched by Aristeo are invited to celebrate his life and honor his memory. As we bid farewell to Aristeo Hurtado Garcia, we reflect on a life well-lived, a legacy of love and strength that will endure in our hearts forever. May he rest in peace and continue to watch over us with the same love and tenderness he embodied in life.
