The beloved son of the late Martin Perez and his surviving mother, Macaria Castro Hernandez, Alfonso was a devoted family man. He was a cherished husband to his wife, Alicia Guzman, and a loving father to his children, Jovani Perez Guzman, Alexis Perez, Emely Perez, Alfonso Perez, and David Perez. His legacy continues through his many brothers and sisters and his adored eight grandchildren, who were the light of his life.

Alfonso's passion for his work was evident to all who knew him. His dedication and strong work ethic were matched only by his commitment to his community. As an active member of St. Clement Catholic Church, he touched the lives of many through his involvement and service.

Friends and family will be received on Thursday, June 19, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Haught Funeral Home, 708 W. Dr. MLK Jr. Blvd Plant City, FL 33563.
A Mass service will be held Friday, June 20, 2025 at 10:00 AM at St. Clement Catholic Church.
