Alfonso Perez Castro, a beacon of joy and kindness, passed away on June 9, 2025, at the age of 51 in Mulberry, Florida. Born on July 1, 1973, in Tlaxcala, Mexico, Alfonso's life was a testament to the power of positivity and the importance of family.
The beloved son of the late Martin Perez and his surviving mother, Macaria Castro Hernandez, Alfonso was a devoted family man. He was a cherished husband to his wife, Alicia Guzman, and a loving father to his children, Jovani Perez Guzman, Alexis Perez, Emely Perez, Alfonso Perez, and David Perez. His legacy continues through his many brothers and sisters and his adored eight grandchildren, who were the light of his life.
Alfonso's passion for his work was evident to all who knew him. His dedication and strong work ethic were matched only by his commitment to his community. As an active member of St. Clement Catholic Church, he touched the lives of many through his involvement and service.
His interests were as vibrant as his personality. Alfonso was the life of the party, always ready to dance and share his love for music. His presence was a source of happiness and laughter, and he never missed an opportunity to celebrate life with those around him.
Those who had the privilege of knowing Alfonso will remember him as a loving and kind soul. His warmth and generosity knew no bounds, and he was always there to lend a helping hand or a listening ear. His infectious smile and the joy he brought to every room will be deeply missed.
Alfonso's life was a beautiful melody composed of moments filled with love, laughter, and dance. He was a man who cherished every second and inspired others to do the same. As we say goodbye to this remarkable man, we take comfort in knowing that his spirit will continue to guide and inspire us.
We will gather to honor Alfonso's memory and celebrate his life, remembering the countless ways he enriched our lives. His story does not end here, for he lives on in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to have been touched by his extraordinary spirit.
