Born in Starke, FL, she was the daughter of the late Ancel and Pearl Johnson Norman.
Her survivors include daughter, Carla Rhoades (Karl); grandchildren, Bridgette Owens (Brian), Jamie Edwards; 6 great grandchildren.
Wilma worked for Dart for 20 years and loved her grandkids.
A memorial service will be at 11am, Thursday, January 18, 2018, Faith Lighthouse, 3409 Paul Buchman Hwy, Plant City, with visitation one hour prior to services.
