Rufino Garcia Obituary
Rufino “Rufi” Garcia, age 82, of Plant City, FL passed away on August 10, 2019.
A native of Tampa, Florida, he was the son of the late Rufino and Mary Louise Garcia.
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Garcia, children David (Donia) Garcia, Dane Garcia, Rechelle Garcia, Requel (Ruben) Martinez, Regina Simpson, siblings, Manuel Garcia and Richard Garcia, fifteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Rebecca Edwards and his sister, Mary Louise Garcia.
Rufino was a veteran of the United States Navy and a member of St. Clement Catholic Church. He enjoyed motorcycles, guns, to tinker, and to travel.
Services will be held August 22, 2019, at 11:00 am at Florida National Cemetery.
