CHASON, Robert (Bobby) E, 57 of Mulberry, was taken from us suddenly, on Friday, May 24, 2019. Robert is survived by his loving wife Denise (Varnum) Chason; daughter, Ashley Chason; three grandchildren: parents, Carol and Henry Chason; sisters, Cathy Jordan and Kimberly Cotnoir (Armand).
Robert was born May 17, 1962 in Wiesbaden, Germany. He grew up traveling the world as an Army Brat and later chose to serve honorably in the US Army following in his dad’s footsteps. Robert was a history buff and would share random facts that we all wish we would have listened to more closely. He was incredibly stubborn and would debate anything and everything. Robert had a tough outside but inside his heart was mushy and soft. He had a loving attachment to his and Denise’s dogs. He might have thought he ruled the house but that’s because the dogs let him think so. Number one in his heart was Denise. The night that he left us he shared one last sweet kiss good-bye with the woman who had stood by his side the last 23 years.
Robert leaves behind a large extended family who will miss him and his quirky personality. On the night he left this world he took a piece of all our hearts with him. We know that we will be forever grateful that he was in our lives.
